How much? The delivery charges apply to all orders delivered to
anywhere on the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight. The delivery charge is calculated using the total order
value.
- Order value: £0.00- £250.00 = £5.00
- Order value: £250.01 - 500.00 = £10.00
- Order value: £500.01 - 1000.00 = £15.00
- Order value: £1000.01 = £30.00
Orders for the British Isles and counties in the Republic of Ireland will attract other charges and require

MFI Your delivery date
When ordering online you will be given a selection of delivery dates to choose from. The dates offered are based on your postcode
and stock availability. If the delivery option tells you 'To arrive no later than xxxx' this means your order is a postal item
and will be sent to you. Your delivery date will also appear on your Order Confirmation, which will be emailed to
you. Delivery of your new sofa takes between 6-10 weeks, subject to availability. 2 Weeks prior to your delivery date you
will be contacted by a Customer Service representative to arrange a delivery convenient to you. Should you have any queries

Your delivery time
You'll be allocated a morning (8am - 1pm) or afternoon (12pm - 6:30pm) delivery time. To find out when your slot
is, just call our automated delivery line 48 hours before the delivery date on: 0870
609 9609 - You will need your reference number, which appears at the top of your Order Confirmation
/ Receipt.
4 steps to a hassle-free delivery
We've made our delivery procedures as simple as possible. To ensure yours runs smoothly, just follow our
checklist:
- Check that the delivery date, order details and delivery address on your invoice are
correct.
- Clear as much space at home to store the boxed items when they're delivered. The more room
you can spare, the easier it will be to check the items.
- Check the delivery as soon as possible. The delivery paperwork will help you to identify
which items combine to make up the individual units you've ordered. Our delivery team will point out any
items that require careful storage.
- If you're arranging an independent fitter, don't schedule installation work to begin until
at least three days after your confirmed delivery date. This gives us time to resolve any unexpected delivery
problems.

delivery date.
