Bargain Crazy Delivering the goods
The Postage and Package charge per order varies from £3.95 up to £19.99 depending on product type.

The charge for smaller items is £3.95 and heavy and large two man items are £19.99.

 

Before accepting your order we will show you the delivery charge and stock availability.

 

All items that are in stock should be delivered within 7-10 working days.

 

Larger items may take longer to deliver and will require a suitable delivery date to be arranged between you and the carrier.

If this is necessary a Customer Services representative will contact you.

Unfortunately Bargain Crazyare unable to give you an exact time for delivery. However we will try to advise you if your goods are likely to be delivered in the morning or afternoon.

 

Please note: Whilst Bargain Crazymake every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

All items are subject to stock availability.

 

If you wish your order to be delivered to an alternate address this can be done by logging into My Account or you can choose an alternate address at checkout.  

Please remember, although Bargain Crazycan deliver small items to anywhere in the UK (including the Channel Islands), we do have restrictions on large goods, for more information please contact us on the Enquiry line number which is 0844 811 8114. We cannot accept orders from outside the UK.

Bargain Crazy Returns

Bargain Crazy want you to feel completely confident when you buy from Bargain Crazy. You can return most items, provided they are in new condition, unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Exceptions to our Approval Guarantee Our Approval Guarantee doesn't apply to some items or where certain conditions haven't been met.

• Standard Approval Period
  Any items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in their original condition to qualify for a replacement or refund.
• Security Labels Items carrying red security labels complete with packaging will not be accepted/refunded under our Approval Guarantee if these have been removed or tampered with.
• Faulty Items If you discover that an item has genuine manufacturing or inherent fault outside the Approval period, we will arrange to repair or replace it - Simply Call our Enquiry Line on 0844 811 8114to arrange collection 
• High Returns Policy We review the level of individual customer returns on a regular basis and if we feel it is uneconomic for us to continue to trade with a customer, we reserve the right to close their account.
• Goods returned after the expiry of our 14 day Approval Guarantee period If you do not want to keep what you have ordered after the expiry of the 14 day approval period, Bargain Crazy may, at our discretion, accept goods returned to us after this period. However, we reserve the right to charge the cost of returning such items to your account. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
• Unjustified Returns We do reserve the right to send goods back to you if they are not as new, not in the original packaging or if you have made a mistake with the returned items. A charge per item will also be added to your account to cover the extra handling and postage costs incurred. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Goods not received Claims in relation to goods charged but not received should be made within 90 days of the expected delivery date. Failure to do so may affect your claim.
• Items that are non-returnable under our 14 day Approval Guarantee policy Personalised items, foodstuffs, hampers, wines, spirits, beers and other perishable items e.g. flowers, and for hygiene reasons, jewellery which pierces the skin. PC's, once installed, are also non-returnable.
  
  
  • Non-returnable once the seal has been broken or removed Audio and video recordings (on DVD, CD and tape) and computer software where the product seal has been broken or removed. Personal care products once opened and unsealed cosmetics and fragrances.
  • Non-returnable unless you notify us within 7 working days of purchase PCs and PC packages, motorised scooters, camcorders, digital cameras, mobile phones, sunglasses, heating appliances, cycles, luggage, camping and Christmas decorations. You can return these by exercising your statutory right to cancel your order.
  • Non-returnable once connected This applies to white goods.
  • Non-returnable once installed PC's, electric showers, fires and surrounds and TV packages.
  • Non-returnable once assembled Furniture, nursery, sheds, frame beds and home fitness.
  • All other non-returnable items - Curtains - non-returnable once fitting cords are pulled.
    - Carpets - non-returnable once they are cut to fit.
    - Blinds - non-returnable once they are trimmed to fit.
    - Mattresses/divan beds - non-returnable once the protective covers are removed.
    - Shower screens - non-returnable unless returned in original packaging.
    - Lighting - non-returnable once fitted or used.
    - Sale Items - where indicated, sale items are excluded from the Approval Guarantee.
