You may return unworn or faulty* goods within 14 days of receipt of your order. At point of purchase a 99p/pair returns paid option is available to UK customers will mean returns are free!! A pre paid label will be included with the goods. If the returns paid option is not selected the customer can arrange their own postage or return the item(s) using the form provided at a cost of £2.99 subject to change
*All goods returned as faulty, will be inspected for a manufacturing defect. If deemed faulty, a full refund or exchange will be given. This is not limited to 14 days please contact the helpdesk for more information.
We will refund in full the cost of the product provided you have proof of purchase, without this we can only offer exchanges for the same product.

Storing your footwear using a shoe tree will help maintain their shape and can help prolong their life.
Allow wet footwear to dry naturally in a well ventilated area as this will prevent any damage. DO NOT dry your footwear using an artificial heat source as this will damage uppers and cause the leather to separate from the bonding.
Never machine wash your footwear as this will seriously damage your shoes and void any guarantee.
Footwear is not waterproof unless clearly labelled on the product.
Heavily dyed leather uppers are not colourfastbr> Alternate your footwear as this allows your uppers to breath.
Replace heel tips, leather soles and insocks regularly to prolong the life of your footwear and prevent damage to the construction.
Heel tips are designed to wear away and are not guaranteed by the manufacture, most companies do provide a replacement pair in any new purchases, but you can pick up new heel tips from your local cobblers at minimal cost.br> Brand new leather soled footwear should never be worn in wet weather conditions, It is important to wear them on a dry day to allow a build up of grit on the soles, doing this will help protect the leather and extend the life of the footwear.
